Coordinated maintenance and long-term planning help preserve and increase property values. Costs and efforts are distributed fairly, avoiding individual burdens for common needs.
The Committee of El Rafalet Resident Association
The committee members are elected by the residents every year. They have specific roles and responsibilities. Any member of the Resident Association can become a committee member.
